Hisense P7 Series

Disappointed with CS staff with lack of reasonable care for 3rd party sound bar. New firmware update made things worse.

The Hisense people don't have a clue they think there smarter than you and try to say it's not a warenty issue. They are Also very rude and argumentative and arrogant.
