I should have returned the screen immediately. She did not want to have to wait for the process. Ultimately, when she told me the side of the screen was black, I assumed she was watching a 4:3 show on a 16:9 monitor.

This TV has a better picture than the LED models I was considering. The speakers are much better than most. My Hannspree arrived on the day promised, in excellent condition. Quick easy set-up. Very pleased overall. I'm using this as a TV in my bedroom....
