I have contacted, Apex several times about the remote for this television. The remote doesn't work unless you stand in front of the television. I was sent a second remote and it does not work either. There is no code listed for our universal remote....

My son and I love the TV. The sound isn't the best if you have it on blast, or if you're using the surround sound feature, but other than that, I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Great tv, the remote battery cover will not stay on. That is the only thing I dont like about it. But it has good picture and for the money is a great buy.

The t.v. itself works great. The included remote quite simply, is a piece of junk. The biggest drawback to this t.v. is that there is no compatible universal remote.

We knew we were getting an inexpesnsive television, but didn't count on the the frustration that came with it. The benefits are the picture is good. I was pleasantly surprised by the picture quality. We were unable to program our cable providers remote...

I bought a 40in on Black Friday. Looks great in my bedroom. When on an HD channel, the pic is great. However, the remote sucks, I hate that when I set the picture to full screen, i cant see any words that may come up on the bottom or top of the screen....

720dpi is sufficient for my bedroom. Picture is very clear and bright. Had a problem with a remote. Called their 800 number. They sent me a replacement within 3 days. It works fine since. But for the price I paid. It's a great bargain.

We bought this tv when it was on sale for $..... The picture is amazing and the sound is good too! I went to the store to buy this with my extremely hyper 2year old son and the customer service was excellent. For the price this is the best deal out...

I would love to tell you more about this TV, however, I cannot turn it on b/c of the shoddy remote they include with this purchase. I'm on the second remote - still, no luck. I'm hoping to find a universal remote so that I might watch a movie tonight. . .
