the item felt 'cheap' i downloaded a book to it, but couldnt read it i went to the website to try and resolve the problem, but couldnt access the site

at first I couldn't down load book. went on chat forum to find out what to do because cooler had no advice. Solved problem by defaulting back to factory settings. You do this by pressing all your buttons for a few seconds each.
