Not durable at all. We had two of these where I work in light-duty areas (under 500 pages per month average) and both failed before they were two years old. Not long after buying these, I learned I'd been had - these are just cheap Samsung lasers...

Excellent print quality, double-sided printing, looks very clean (no paper trays sticking out), modules plug in easily and look like part of original device. Runs quiet compared to most laser printers. Can handle a several hundred pages at a time...

If you're set up for double-sided printing, the printer will suck pages back in and then out again even if nothing needs to be printed on the back. Also, high-capacity toner carts are pretty expensive (~$105) and there aren't many generic versions...
