Attractive, solid design

Easy to tear the thermal tape when you fit the drive into the case. But, the real problem is, my Maxtor 250GB SATA drives run 10 degrees (C) hotter when encased in a Logisys HD-Silencer unit

It's not scrictly necissary

Have the WD Raptor 150GB, made a racket in my case, slapped this on and can't hear the drive anymore. also keeps the drive cool, never go above 41c, before it use to touch 50c, drive steady at 37c
