Having paper tray issues works for a while then a misfeed takes the machine offline, another aggravation is some of the warning sounds are too loud such as when you load paper a very loud noise no reason for it Have 2 brother MFC machines in the office...

We have a very similar model to this one. It is an IntelliFAX 4750 without the E. It has been going since 2000. I can't remember it even jamming in 8 years. Built like a tank and will last when other machines die.

Should be cheaper by now, but i guess you get what you pay for.

We have had 9 of these machines running in high fax volume medical offices, some for over 3 years without a single problem. These are without a doubt the best affordable laser fax machines on the market
