ease of setup,ease of use,quality for the price

loses it,s signal too easy,occasionally you have to completely turn it off and back on again

bought for my sons bedroom and he loves it, need i say anymore!!!!

been emailing and calling the help desk ever since I got it as there is only 50% recording space on my machine. I followed the engineers instructions (simply turn it off for 10-15mins and switch it back on!) which haven't helped a bit Very disappointed...

Cheap and functional

Easy to record instantly if you suddenly have to go our quickly and not miss the end of a program your watching. The live rewind is great if you have to answer the phone or answer the door without missing the rest of your program. Simple for recording...

Only bad point I can find is that when the box is in standby mode it is noisy, which can be annoying.

good storage size, good features, if only they did work! shame

features dont work, twin tuner splits your signal so even with very strong signal the quality of reception is poor! also book regulary crashed and needed restarting. Often freeze and the reaction to the control annoyingly slow
