This is one great system! Hooked it all up, a cake walk! Turned it on and setup the IP's, default name and password, rebooted and it came on line! I put the disk in my laptop, it did its install, put in the IP, user name and password, whoosh like magic...

I think 100 foot cable is robing too much power . overall not a bad deal for the price.

While the hardware is easy to setup, and may work quite well, it's really hard to tell due to the truly awful software.Flakey, Buggy, and downright user hostile.Poorly documented as well.

very impressed with quality of picture, even at night.only problem wont work on dish network or hughes net internet. son & i called tech support 4 times & they said always problem to view cameras over this type of connection. should be a breeze on dsl...

Simple, straight forward installation. System navigation could be easier but manageable. Great coverage for my small store.
