I originally bought these speakers back in 2004 for $20. They have good sound quality, and my bass is loud enough, I have to keep the subwoofer off the floor or the neighbors will complain ; They're actually, the first speakers I'd ever bought

For some reason, there's a lot of static when I change the volume and the right speaker likes to cut out, but messing with the volume slider normally fixes it. I don't know if the slider is dirty or what, but they have been that way for a while. If not...

Well designed set - loud enough with no distortions, natural sound : clear mids and highs, good base "blends" into sound ; Small size, looks cool next to LCD monitor

Great, basic setup for casual use. For what you pay, the sound is pretty decent. Fair lenghth for the wired remote

the volume/remote control is sort of messed up. I have to turn the wires a certain way to get the left speaker to work. but this problem didn't happen until a long time after I bought it

these speakers are awesome. great sound and clarity. i have a 600W Samsung surround sound, and this thing will keep up with that. the audigy software is a plus which includes a great audigy player with great recording features

I was at first hesitant to buy speakers this cheaply but I'm pleased I did. The sound is clear and powerfull while the speakers themselves are small and unobtrusive

The little volume control is wired. It can be a pain to track down if it isn't glued somewhere. It helps to have media capabilities on your keyboard

To me this is like stock speakers. But for the price range and the sound... Best bang for the bucks. You cant go any cheaper than this for something decent. This rocks
