Due to the glued on volume knob and the short cables I gave these speakers only 4 stars. Otherwise I think they are a good buy for the money.

For the money these speakers can't be beat, their clarity is remarkable.

These are good speakers, with enough cord to go over your desk and they are loud enough to ear throughout the room. These are pretty close to stereo speakers.

I bought them because I could not hear my laptop speakers for media. They are perfect for my home Office space. For the price they do the job well.

sound quality is at best, fair. And the audio jack wire is very short. It almost wouldn't reach from the back of my CPU to my desk almost directly over it.

ok. so i got exactly what i paid for.... [$] speakers. i have purchased other discounted speakers on here before that lived up to the expectation, but these fall short. sound quality is poor. not worth the aggravation of sending them back.

There are inexpensive speakers and CHEAP speakers - I've had both and these are CHEAP! If you want to hear your audio source don't buy these.
