It's particularly light weight and compact , very suitable for people struggling with arthritic arm or hand problems. Simple to operate.

It does what it is supposed to do and supplies plenty of steam. Once I got used to using the product, then I found that I did not have to refill the water tank.

I think the product is quite cumbersome and heavy, especially as the steam delivery hose is attached. My wife finds it quite difficult to move around. This might be my lack of understanding, but it did take me some time to get used to the steam...
