This offers really great features! I love the picture text message to my cell phone when there is motion in the area. It's very interesting to see all that goes on outside the house when you're not there! I do ""tune in"" from work or wherever I happen...

My home is 3 stories with the home computer on the 3rd floor. I'd like to plug in and mount the outdoor camera (the only one I have thus far) on the 2nd floor to get a more detailed picture, however I cannot get a signal. This is pretty disappointing...

it records only when the computer is turned on - so if you go on vacation you either have to leave your PC running 24/7 or forget about security monitoring while you are gone

The system is easy to set up and works well. Have it monitoring entry gate to property and it sends me pic for each entry when armed. Nice feature to be able to access from anywhere via Internet site. Plan to sign up for advanced features ~$80 per year.

Limited competition - would like lower prices.

setup is easy, cameras plug in and begin recording automatically. I have set up many systems and this by far is the easiest for remote viewing over thew internet. My family was viewing me in 15 minutes from opening the box!Software covers all the bases...
