Good A'C unit. Cools very well. Fairly quiet. Not crazy about the fan kicking on every 3 minutes. That's a problem for a bedroom and sleeping. Should be someway to bypass that setting.

I looked at several units and this looked like the best. It was easy to install and runs smoothly. I got it for my finished attic area rather than 1 room so it's kinda hard to measure the square footage but I'm sure it's a bigger area than they say it...
