Very easy to customize. It is a solid machine with good performance at a low noise level. I have 16 of them installed and have not had issues with the first one.

Been a problem since we bought. Fan runs loudly when powering on, and no bios boot, have to unplug then replug in every time.

Awesome replacement for standard desktop PC. (1) power cord is all that's needed... no need for video/network cables, don't even need keyboard/mouse (although it comes with them).

We have purchased several of these over the past year and each one of them are still running without any issues. 4GB of RAM have been enough for what our users need. Most of them are running duel monitors because of the amount of applications the users...

Good Workstations, faster than our old Dell Optiplex 360s. Very easy to manage and install. Great performance with Windows 7 in server 2008 envornment.

Stable and good performers. also these have very reasonable prize, the only thing they need to improve upon is support. My experience with support is very bad.

Can only agree with what Jim1815 has said, very good price. They do last awhile and with IBM support is always good. Reliable and good pc for not so demanding software!

This product is priced right for the budget minded IT department. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. Have not tried their support department.
