Paid for onsite support and they only replace sent parts that were sent to customer and do not test or do other work.

There is notheing good to say about a unit that I have never been able to use or get proper support for ; The tech suppor at the purchase store confirmed every thing that I list here (most of it in writing)

Support says warranty starts when seller purchases unit from hp ; On third mother board and second hard dissk drive each time they work on it more goes wrong

frusturating and dissapointed i will probably never buy an hp again.

Looks good

after only 2 months the computer began freezing ran a virus scan no virus called hp and they had us restore it to its factory settings. Guess what? stilll froze, got blue screen of death, sometimes wouldn't even boot up

Stable machine, works well, except for the glaring Blu Ray problem, which is really a bad problem if you bought this machine for home theater.
