Despite the great sound, I'm going comparison... 

Sound and noise cancellation is great. Good seal around ears

Battery life short & hard to swap. Mine needed duct tape repair after a few months & the left speaker died

This has the Added Audio enhancment :X-Fi Crystalizer� technology , And X-Fi CMSS-3D� technology with the noise-cancellation technology

Cabling could be a bit longer,And Thicker like the Bose QC15s
