Works good coffee stays pretty hot

Not really a 10 cup, we replaced a Mr Coffee 8 cup and the pots hold the same amount of water

Should be cheaper. Also, you have to practically invert the carafe to get that last 1/2 cup. Not a huge problem, though

Hot coffee for hours (with thermal pot). Timer/shut-off. Tells you when it's time to clean

Touchy. Will leak water if overfilled. Should have an oblong pitcher to fill resivoir

Compact design well-suited for under-counter use.

Terrible tasting coffee with a plastic taste. Not hot enough.

Clean and simple, yet with all the high end features. No drips ever!

A larger reservoir would be nice.
