Huge Improvenet

 

Really helped the sound from my Vizio TV. The speakers that come with TVs these days are pretty lame. While I hated to buy a sound bar, I decided it had to be done. This one was a great choice

Vizio VSB211 Soundbar

 

Excellent audio, subwoofer works great, sale price was outstanding! Very simple to hook up, good remote control ; Was a huge improvement in my wall-mounted 37" Dynex TV sound, which was poor

The mounting brackets only allowed wall mounting with the speakers firing up. If there was an option to mount with speakers oriented towards the viewer, I missed it. Lost an egg for that

Instructions say that an orange light will come on when you push the surround sound button but that doesn't happen, it is a second blue light that comes on. Are the techs at Vizio color blind or did they run out of orange lights?

Better than TV speakers, easy to hook up. Good price for sound bar & sub

Loud humming-buzzing sound when on. Tried both ways of hooking it up to no avail. no optical audio hook up to see if that would get rid of the humming-buzzing noise

Not what was ordered

 

Probably was Vizio's fault.

So far it works but with less features than manual states

Vizio VSB211 Received today, not in original packaging, no manual or instructions, controller seems to have been used, I think I paid for new but received refurbished! I saw the same item on line refurbished? Downloaded manual from Vizio, it showed...

Save your money and invest a little more in something better. I would not buy this again.

None. The bass is either on or off, even at the lowest setting it drowns out the dialog

The sub turns on and off sporadically. Its like it doesnt know whether to stay on or not. I have noticed that happened to another person who purchased it, hopefully i can return it like they did

Please read the negative reviews here. This unit arrived dead. i.e. the left hand side speaker of the sound bar was dead. I am disappointed that newegg is selling cheap broken items. These are not refurbished as they are still broken/ dead

Very Good Value, Sound Quality Surprising

 

This is not supposed to be compared to a $500=$1000 product. In fact, it can be compared to $250 -$300 products with ease. From a sound perspective it's pretty well balanced. If you like a lot of bass, you can achieve that with placement and by pumping...

I am giving this 5 stars because for this price, it's an outstanding value ; I just ordered my second one from NewEgg. The second one will be for my bedroom TV ; The 1st one was installed in my motorhome bedroom, to supplement the tinny built-in...

As I mentioned before, the instructions are poor. The battery arrived dead ; Once, I heard a clicking sound in the sub-woofer but I turned it off and on and then it stopped. All was fine afterwards

I would buy one again for another device at the same price I paid for before.

Awesome Deal for the price. Easy to connect, can be used with multiple devices that have earphone port. Nice soundbar for the price
