Even though the manufacturer discontinued this item I would get it used. Very powerful!

Great value, surround sound is very surroundy, about a year and still ticking under moderate use, 5 disc hopper is a nice bonus and looks cool when it comes out.

A bit quirky, subtitles always start on no matter what I do, sometimes doesn't read disc 1, not entirely intuitive, having trouble balancing the audio to hear vocal frequencies over bass.

For the money you can't beat this. It comes with the 5disc dvd changer, and the subwoofer was better than I expected. The cable length worked out perfectly for the room I am using this in
