A year ago, it seemed to be a good deal

Big subwoofer, looks pretty, picture is good

recieved DOA, called philips tech support and will get a replacement in about 25 days (5 to ship there 10-15 business days to ship back). Subwoofer was completely dead and did not recieve power, sub controls other speakers so no sound at all

Looks nice and cheap price

When it worked, it sounded pretty good if you didn't mind waiting 7 - 10 seconds for it to turn on after pressing the power button. Takes about 5 seconds for each menu item to activate once selecting. After using it for about 1 year, it now crackles...
