Expertenbewertung von: Jamie Lendino (pcmag.com)

LG Encore (AT&T Wireless)

LG's sleek Encore is an okay feature phone marred by multimedia bugs and AT&T's greedy pricing. You're better off with an AT&T smartphone.

Excellent voice quality. Svelte design. Good Web browser.

Sluggish. Poor music and video playback. Bloatware-infested. High monthly fees.

Multimedia, Camera, and Conclusions This isn't a great media phone, despite its robust feature list. There's a mere 32MB of free internal memory. The side-mounted microSD card slot accepts 16GB cards; my SanDisk card worked fine. The standard-size...

LG Encore - black (AT&T) review

LG has always had a strong feature phone presence here in the U.S., especially for the low- to middle-tier market. The most recent model is the LG Encore for AT&T , which is a touch-screen phone with quad-band GSM, 3G, a 3-megapixel camera, and a media...

The LG Encore is slim and lightweight. Features include a 3-megapixel camera, 3G, and a music player. It's affordable as well.

The LG Encore's touch screen is not as responsive as we would like, and its performance can be rather sluggish and inconsistent.

The LG Encore may have a good set of features, but its poor touch screen and lagging performance prevent us from recommending it.

LG Encore Review

LG's last outing with the Vu Plus for AT&T wasn't all that awe-inspiring when you consider the fact that it didn't necessarily scream anything compelling with its average performance and expensive price tag. Instead of attacking the upper echelon of...

LG Encore Reviewed

Do the features and design of the LG Encore make it a good phone for a small price? Or will the concessions that LG made to get the price down wind up dooming this handset? Check out this review to find the answer.

If I could review the LG Encore in a bubble it would probably rate a little higher, since it has a good amount of features and the frustrations are limited to a few areas. However, with many top-end phones being discounted to within a few dollars of...

LG Encore Review by Sydney

The LG Encore lacks a physical keyboard, so it's not quite a messaging phone. It's more like a featurephone for those who only use standard features but want to add a little flair to the experience, hence the touchscreen

Small-ish, thin design; good battery life; interesting UI

Resistive touchscreen is not good for heavy texters; unexplained yellow-ish tint to the display; mediocre camera ; The Verdict: The Encore is a basic featurephone that performs well in standard functions, but there are better options from AT&T

"An OK phone for a good price"

This is a good "feature" phone for those who want the touchscreen capabilities without getting an android smartphone. It is decently priced ($99.99 through AT&T pay as you go). Texting is a little harder due to the restrictive touchscreen and the web...

Good battery life, light-weight, no contract deal, $50.00 a month unlimited plan

restrictive touchscreen, poor mobile web browser

LG Encore

This one works great, had to send other one back something was wrong with it. Replaced quickly, thanks.

LG Encore

Not quite a smart phone, have to push harder than on a touch sensitive screen (pressure sensitive, not touch sensitive). I like that there's no moving parts, but interface could be more logical. Kind of a pain to connect to PC via USB, but do-able.
