I would not recommand this product, I should have spend a couple more dollars to save all the time requiered to resume.

first time I see a dvd player with no resume function, when you stop a film, and the want to play it the next day, you have to start from the start, using scene selection to go back where you were. And it also makes cracking sound when you pause/play

I purchased this player because my DVD/VCR combo was having trouble playing used DVD's that no amount of cleaning seemed to correct. I purchased lens cleaner for the DVD itself but that made no improvements.

Plays the worn DVDs my old player could no longer read without problems ; Fair priced at under $40 ; Slim, lightweight ; Set-up is easy unless you have an older tv

Display has no clock/timer - only shows track ; You have to turn the DVD off to switch back to tv (to get a score) ; Unable to just hold DVD by edge to place or remove DVD from slot ; No live phone support. Just voice mail hell
